A Flowers Within Creative Workshop with Paints
In March 2020, I am running a themed workshop which will be on ‘Coming to terms with a bereavement or loss’. When someone you love has died or you no longer live together because of a break-up, divorce or are separated for some reason or another, this can be an extremely uncomfortable time. This workshop can give you some respite, help you to express your concerns and inspire you to keep going.
In May 2020, the theme for the workshop will be about ‘Menopause‘ and we will explore what this means to you. Everyone’s experience is different however by listening and sharing in a supportive group you may feel less isolated. Group participants can give each other encouragement to keep going and tips on how you can take better care of yourself.
At both of these workshops, we will be using acrylic paints to help us discover what lies within us. Whether it’s tears, fears, joy, an AHA moment or whatever your experience may be – trust that it’s okay. Working with art materials can help you to open up the doors to your creativity, your intuition and the knowing part of you.
It may feel uncomfortable, however, a workshop like this can help you to explore the different parts of you and by sharing your experience with like-minded individuals in a friendly and safe group setting this may help to shift your mood or uplift you. For some, this may not occur straight away or you may need to work through things first, so having a counsellor to speak to or a good support network to turn to after leaving the workshop can be useful.
I will read a Flowers Within™ Meditation to help you feel grounded and relaxed before leaving the workshop. Each person will receive for FREE a downloadable MP3 recording of the Flowers Within™ Meditation directly in their inbox once the workshop has finished. You can also refer to it whenever you feel lost and need help in finding yourself or your purpose in life.
As a counsellor and creative workshop faciliator I would like to support you during this uncomfortable time. Therefore I am keeping group sizes small so I can give each workshop participant close attention. Therefore I keep workshop sizes small (6-8 people max). So book your place now to avoid any disappointment.
I hope you can make it. Once I’ve received your payment I will be in touch with you to give you further details about the workshop and a booking form. If you have any questions, you can get in touch with Chinar via Chinar@liberatingcreativity.com
