There are certain times in our lives when we need to talk to a counsellor about issues that are concerning us. Perhaps we are looking for someone outside of our family or circle of friends we can confide in to explore issues such as anger, anxiety, stress, relationships, loss, grief and life-changes.
We may be sharing these issues for the first time, which may be uncomfortable. Sometimes it is hard to know what we are feeling. We can be feeling overwhelmed with our present situation, struggling to cope with a crisis, experiencing loss or trauma and trying to make sense of it.
My name is Chinar Abdulaziz and I am a Registered Counsellor MBACP (Accred) and a Creative Workshop Facilitator working with adults. I help to empower individuals to see they have options and choices to have a more fulfilling life.
